Katie's first day of Mother's Day Out...she did just as well as she did at open house. Her teachers said the only time she got a little sad was at nap time and one of her teachers rubbed her back until she went to sleep. (Funny, that sounds exactly like my first day of kindergarten - naptime came and I started crying. My teacher rubbed my back until I went to sleep.)
That last pic is my "stiff drink," after I dropped her off. Blended, iced mocha...not my usual, but it was a NICE treat! One thing about this whole "school," thing, I drop her off about a minute from my favorite coffee shop!
