Happy weekend! I thought I needed to put a few new pictures up before I got in trouble. ;-) We've had a long week around here. I started off the week sick - thought for a little while I might have the flu! ACK! But it was just some kind of viral infection. It's better, but it doesn't want to go away completely. Katie seems to have had a touch of it the past couple of days, running a fever but she's not seemed to feel too terrible.
Today we had a couple hours reprieve from the rain, so after making a batch of cookies to "sprize Daddy," we headed out to the sand box. I'm not sure I've ever seen a kid so methodical! It took some convincing to get her to take her shoes and socks off and get in the sand box instead of just playing from outside it. Once she did though, it was a big job to get her out. If it hadn't been for the fact that it clouded up and started thundering again, I think she would have stayed there till she fell asleep!
