Hi everyone!

Sorry it's taken so long to post, but first the camera and the computer had a fight and wouldn't cooperate, then blogger wouldn't let me post any pictures.

We're hoping that's the last of that. There will be lots of pictures taken these next few weeks...St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Katie's 2nd birthday...and of course, just the chance to be outside. Katie LOVES to go outside!

She's starting early, talking on the telephone. Dragging it behind her reminds me of my high school years - a phone glued to my ear, dragging it along from room to room.

She's also learned to pout, as you see with her head down on the chair. She doesn't make a sound, just covers her mouth with both hands in a very dramatic fashion and lays her head down on whatever happens to be close by. In this particular instance, she hadn't been picked up immediately when she thought she should be. Of course, as soon as she realized I had the camera, she turned on the cheese.

Today she's wearing her, "If you think I'm cute, you should see my yankee posse," shirt. Still too big, but she likes it. (thanks, yankee posse!)

Katie is doing great, as are her Daddy and I. You see the other pics, of Katie and her Daddy. That was his first day as a full-time police officer. It's been a long road, but he finally has his dream job. He says at this point, it doesn't even feel like work. :-) We are very, very happy for him and very proud of him!
